This role requires expertise in developing robust backend functionality, seamless integration with payment gateways and charity providers, and potentially implementing an automated phone booking system to ensure a smooth and user-friendly experience for both organizers and attendees. β€’ Key Responsibilities: β€’ Design and develop a comprehensive online ticketing platform with robust backend functionality. β€’ Integrate the platform with various payment gateways to facilitate secure and efficient transactions. β€’ Collaborate with charity providers to ensure seamless donation processes within the platform. β€’ Implement an automated phone booking system to enhance user convenience. β€’ Ensure the platform is user-friendly, responsive, and accessible across various devices. β€’ Perform regular testing and debugging to maintain a high level of performance and security. β€’ Optimize the platform for scalability and reliability. β€’ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the platform. β€’ Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure the platform meets business requirements and user needs. β€’ Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. β€’ Proven experience in web development and programming, particularly in building online ticketing platforms or similar applications. β€’ Strong knowledge of backend technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails). β€’ Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular). β€’ Proficiency in integrating payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) and charity providers. β€’ Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB). β€’ Experience with implementing automated phone booking systems. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. β€’ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. β€’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
