Description

• Renesas’ Associate Sales Account Managers solve customers’ design challenges. • Support a variety of applications and influence sales. • Engage with field sales teams to learn the Account Manager role. • Understand a territory or key customers and drive business strategy. • Establish and nurture internal and external relationships for business results.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field. • Candidates’ graduation date prefer to be December 2023 or May 2024. • Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher (preferred). • Ability to effectively balance strong technical skills with solid relationship-building capabilities. • Ability to learn and effectively manage CRM systems as it relates to territory and YoY performance to KPI’s. • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong written, and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people across various functions. • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery. • Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
