β’ Schedule meetings between prospective clients and our local Director, via phone calls, email and LinkedIn β’ Maintain sales activity to create a pipeline of sales opportunities β’ Identify and qualify potential leads using various resources, including websites, social media and LinkedIn β’ Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our Salesforce CRM system β’ Follow up with prospects to confirm meetings and address any inquiries β’ Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve lead generation
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai. β’ Strong phone etiquette and active listening abilities β’ Proficiency in using CRM software β’ Resilience and ability to handle rejections and objections professionally β’ Time management skills and ability to work independently β’ Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or inside sales roles
