Description

• Our goal is to improve and enhance the Resident Supply Chain network to ultimately drive the best customer experience in a reliable and cost-efficient manner. • The Director Of Supply Planning acts as the functional and financial owner and lead responsible for procurement, production, and inventory management. • This role will lead the team responsible for developing and executing the inventory strategy, product lifecycle management plan, supply network optimization, and purchase order management. • The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • At least 7-10 years of experience in Supply Chain and Planning or as an Operations / Planning Manager • Demonstrated ability to drive results and clear analytical ability with proof points of how to use data to drive performance improvements • 1+ Years of work or academic experience with databases (Google Big Query is a plus) • Exceptional spreadsheet skills • Candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus • Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills • Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to own and follow through on issues • Ability and willingness to travel • Ability and willingness to work key holidays
