Description

β€’ Lead and manage a team of Solutions Consultants specializing in digital identity verification and fraud prevention solutions. β€’ Augment the scalability and operations of the SC team by enhancing templates, training, automation, and standard operating procedures. β€’ Derive, monitor, and analyze team performance metrics. β€’ Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies. β€’ Engage with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers in target industries. β€’ Develop and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value and differentiation of our solutions. β€’ Act as a trusted advisor to clients, tailoring customized solutions that address their unique needs and pain points. β€’ Lead the pre-sales process by conducting in-depth solution discovery sessions and creating comprehensive proposals. β€’ Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to digital identity verification and fraud prevention.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree in business administration, engineering, math, economics, finance, computer science or other relevant field is preferred. β€’ MBA or Master's degree is preferred. β€’ 7+ years of demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through strategic solution selling and consultative engagement approaches. β€’ 3+ years of proven experience in a leadership role within a solutions consulting or pre-sales function, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry focusing on AI driven digital identity verification and fraud prevention. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical. β€’ Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team. β€’ Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and optimize strategies. β€’ Familiarity with B2B sales processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams to drive successful customer engagements. β€’ Willingness to stay up to date with the evolving landscape of digital identity verification, fraud prevention technologies, and industry trends. β€’ Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. β€’ Willingness to travel as needed to client locations for presentations and meetings.
