β’ Bachelor's Degree in business administration, engineering, math, economics, finance, computer science or other relevant field is preferred. β’ MBA or Master's degree is preferred. β’ 7+ years of demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through strategic solution selling and consultative engagement approaches. β’ 3+ years of proven experience in a leadership role within a solutions consulting or pre-sales function, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry focusing on AI driven digital identity verification and fraud prevention. β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical. β’ Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team. β’ Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and optimize strategies. β’ Familiarity with B2B sales processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams to drive successful customer engagements. β’ Willingness to stay up to date with the evolving landscape of digital identity verification, fraud prevention technologies, and industry trends. β’ Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. β’ Willingness to travel as needed to client locations for presentations and meetings.
