Description
• Divergent Technologies seeks a dynamic Sustainment Portfolio Director. • This role requires a blend of technical leadership, business development, innovation management, and strategic oversight. • The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in military and commercial aviation MRO, advanced manufacturing technologies, and defense acquisition.
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in aerospace and defense with significant experience in sustainment. • Engineering Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, or related field). • Leadership: Extensive experience in enterprise-level technical leadership, with a proven track record of guiding complex technical initiatives. • Defense Contracting: Experience managing government and defense contracts and navigating compliance and regulatory requirements. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels. • Security Clearance: Secret Clearance
