🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns. • Proven success in driving ROI-positive paid social campaigns for e-commerce businesses. • Familiarity with all relevant native Paid Social platform tools and UIs. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for maximum performance. • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Data Studio, or similar platforms. • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, start-up environment with the ability to quickly adapt, iterate, and take ownership of additional projects as needed.
