• Talkiatry is seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to manage direct response marketing campaigns on Meta and TikTok focused on patient acquisition. • You’ll collaborate with the Growth, Creative, and Data teams to develop and execute strategies to optimize and scale paid social strategy. • Talkiatry transforms psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. • We’re a national mental health practice to solve the problems both patients and clinicians face in accessing quality treatment. • 60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing • Personally managed $500k+ monthly budgets • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, tracking, and attribution • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and optimization techniques • Ability to develop proficiency in SQL • Proficiency using BI tools (e.g. Omni, Looker, Tableau) • Nice to have: Experience in growth marketing for B2C health tech or subscription/SaaS
