Description

• Serve as legal counsel to Resilience’s Commercial Teams • Work closely with heads of various franchises to structure and negotiate agreements • Draft, review and advise on various business agreements • Support planning and procurement strategies for customer needs • Support integration of new manufacturing facilities into Resilience network • Develop understanding of proprietary services and manufacturing technologies • Manage outside counsel for critical deals • Provide additional legal support as needed

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate and Bar admission • Significant experience advising on, drafting and negotiating GMP manufacturing agreements • Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills required • Detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and resourceful with strong follow-through skills • Business-minded and practical in addressing legal issues • Impeccable professional ethics, integrity, and judgment • Strong computer skills, including MS Word, PPT, Excel, and Litera
