Description

• Lead the Technical Evaluation and Proposal team • Collaborate with Sales & Business Development on response strategies • Manage proposal reviews across finance, legal, and operations • Optimize CRM and contract generation systems • Develop commercial metrics and dashboards • Mentor the team and manage growing proposal volume • Review and approve proposals for accuracy • Drive inside sales to identify new business opportunities • Partner with CCO on commercial strategies • Contribute to enterprise-level continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Technical expertise in drug substance and drug product manufacturing • Strong experience in proposal development and workflow management within a CDMO environment • Proven ability to manage CRM systems and commercial analytics • Exceptional project management and organizational skills • Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal teams • Persuasive writing and proposal development experience
