• Resource Innovations is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Program Delivery Manager to become a vital part of our expanding team in New England! • In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of strategy and decision-making for the Delivery team across all assigned contracts. • With complete ownership of program execution, you'll foster and manage relationships with utility clients while collaborating seamlessly with internal teams to consistently surpass our clients’ expectations. • A solid background in project management, operational excellence, and client satisfaction will be pivotal for your success in this role. • This position offers great visibility within the organization and is integral to our growth in the Northeast region. • At Resource Innovations (RI), we are a dynamic women-led energy transformation firm dedicated to making an impact. • Building upon our extensive knowledge in energy efficiency, we are continuously broadening our array of clean energy solutions to assist utilities in navigating ever-evolving, interconnected challenges. • Load flexibility, electrification, carbon reduction – with every initiative, we are at the forefront of driving transformative change.

🎯 Requirements

• BA in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects. • 5+ years in direct client-facing roles requiring (can be business development, program implementation, or account management setting) • 2+ years supervisory experience (can include management of direct reports, team goals, group delivery) • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Fastidious attention to detail is a must. • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
