Requirements

β€’ 1-3 years' HR experience focusing on compensation β€’ 1-2 years' experience working in Excel, including complex formulas including Macros, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP β€’ Effective verbal and written communication skills β€’ Business Acumen and knowledge of compensation market trends, benchmarking, and competitive analysis β€’ Project management skills β€’ Financial acumen
