•Answer inbound calls, emails, and make outbound calls •Provide exceptional customer service to business owners, agents, bookkeepers, etc. •Resolve issues, extend audit due dates, and provide general support •Demonstrate active listening and clear communication •Address complaints and conflicts professionally •Quickly identify and resolve customer issues •Ensure accuracy and completeness of information •Manage multiple tasks simultaneously •Respond promptly to customer inquiries •Work effectively with other departments

Requirements

•1-2+ years of customer service experience preferred •MST or PST time zones preferred •Strong phone communication skills •Proficiency with computer database systems and software •Positive and professional attitude •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Confident and self-assured personality •Bilingual skills are a plus
