• Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level positions, including sourcing, conducting behavioral interviews, and extending offers. • Execute high-volume recruitment efforts, ensuring all candidates are assessed through a behavioral interview lens. • Use behavioral thematics to analyze candidate responses, identifying patterns that predict success and cultural alignment within the company. • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a clear understanding of role requirements and behavioral competencies needed for success. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. • Leverage multiple sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and highly capable talent pool. • Stay informed on recruiting trends, particularly those related to behavioral interviewing and talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required. • 3 years of experience in talent acquisition on high volume and entry-level candidates. • Experience with various ATS aspects and platforms. • Strong expertise in conducting behavioral interviews and applying behavioral thematics to evaluate candidates effectively.
