β€’ Leading a team of SDRs β€’ Working with team members daily to help them succeed β€’ Conducting one-on-ones weekly with team members β€’ Training new team members on platforms and tools β€’ Reporting team numbers to Director with action plan β€’ Participating in special projects β€’ Creating territory maps and SDR compensation plans β€’ Facilitating and performing weekly trainings β€’ Determining lead routing rules β€’ Collaborating with Marketing β€’ Evaluating tech stack and managing all SDR applications β€’ Working with executive leadership β€’ Creating talk tracks, outbound content, and sequences β€’ Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

β€’ 1-2 years of management experience β€’ Successful track record as an SDR β€’ Strong understanding of SDR platforms and tools β€’ Fantastic communication skills β€’ Ability to teach and coach effectively β€’ Strong organizational and time-management skills β€’ Honesty, integrity, and thoughtfulness
