Description

β€’ The mission of the Sales Development Representative in Smartcat is to engage, connect and qualify inbound prospects as well as research, identify, connect and qualify outbound prospects. β€’ You will be supporting two sales teams (strategic and velocity) to grow pipeline in both value and absolute accounts. There is no expectation of a detailed understanding of Smartcat products, but we do expect you to have a strong interest in both the SaaS software and the localization industry.

Requirements

β€’ At least 2 years of work experience in SDR/BDR or a similar role within B2B SaaS organizations β€’ Experience with CRM software (Hubspot preferable) β€’ Fluent English. Second language will be an advantage β€’ Sandler sales training or prior experience with the Sandler sales methodology is a plus β€’ Excellent communication and negotiation skills β€’ Aggressive drive for business growth and a high tolerance for uncertainty and risk β€’ Integrity, full commitment, and a strong sense of ownership β€’ Readiness to work in a highly intense startup environment, requiring extreme focus, a sense of urgency, and persistence to breakthrough β€’ Openness to feedback and alternative opinions and ideas β€’ Comfortable working with remote teams across time zones β€’ Easy-going personality, high tolerance to cultural differences β€’ Curiosity and passion for the global translation industry
