Requirements
• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • 5+ years recruiting for product and software engineering roles. • Strong sourcing and networking skills. • Expertise in interviewing techniques. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliance. • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms. • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes and deadlines simultaneously. • Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. • High level of professionalism and integrity.
Benefits
