β€’ Restaurant365 is a SaaS company disrupting the restaurant industry! β€’ Our cloud-based platform provides a unique, centralized solution for accounting and back-office operations for restaurants. β€’ This role will provide administrative support to the Sales Engineering (SE) team, focusing on managing demo and project requests, reporting, and data tracking. β€’ The SE Admin Support will work closely with the SE team to ensure smooth operations and efficient handling of customer-facing activities.

Requirements

β€’ 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role β€’ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy β€’ Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and gain stakeholder buy-in β€’ Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM systems β€’ Familiarity with software products and the sales process β€’ Desire to grow into new roles on high growth sales team β€’ Experience working in a high-growth technology company β€’ Familiarity with software demos and product presentations
