• Retalent Recruitment Agency connects talent from developing countries with top employers globally. • We are looking for a Team Lead for our recruitment team. • You'll manage client interactions, team workloads, and recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Have 1-2 years of experience as a Team Lead, Lead Recruiter, HR Manager, or Project Manager in a recruitment or staffing agency preferably • Have experience with handling clients, onboarding them, and being responsible for customer success • Are organized and can manage not only your workload but also the workload of your team • Are independent, can find the solutions to the arising issues and tackle them effectively • Are not afraid of responsibility and can take responsibility not only for yourself but also for your team • Can admit your mistakes reflect on what could have gone wrong and change your attitude and behaviour based on your reflections • You bring energy and enthusiasm to everything you do • You know your way around project management tools like Click up or Monday.com (huge benefit!)
