Requirements

• Minimum Required: • Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or a related field; certification from a recognized paralegal association • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a probate paralegal, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role • In-depth knowledge of probate law and procedures • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills • Strong integrity to maintain confidentiality • Proficiency in legal research tools, case management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite • Preferred: • Leadership experience overseeing paralegal teams • Experience handling probate cases involving unclaimed property and working with living and deceased owners • CRM experience and advanced technology proficiency
