Description
• Guide clients through the Social Security disability process. • Assist clients with completing paperwork and gathering medical records. • Monitor case progress and maintain organized client files. • Liaise with the Social Security Administration for documentation and issue resolution.
Requirements
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and internet applications. • An upbeat, friendly, and professional demeanor with excellent phone etiquette. • A commitment to supporting clients through a long and sometimes frustrating process, including those with severe disabilities who may require extra care and understanding. • Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and self-motivation to work effectively in a remote setting. • Familiarity with Social Security Disability (SSD/SSI) programs is highly desirable.
