• Zus is a shared health data platform designed to accelerate healthcare data interoperability by providing easy-to-use patient data via API, embedded components, and direct EHR integrations. • We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team and provide critical support across various legal functions. • This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced health tech environment while working with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
• Strong knowledge of contract law and familiarity with reviewing BAAs and vendor agreements • 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in a health tech, SaaS, or similar fast-paced environment • Experience with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting • Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program
