β€’ The staffing coordinator will work with home care agencies to support staffing operations. β€’ This role will involve a mix of proactive and reactive aspects with scheduling. β€’ Responsibilities include assigning client care aides and troubleshooting staffing scenarios. β€’ Comfort with technology and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements

β€’ Effective communication skills with clients, patients, caregivers and families β€’ Some customer service experience - Be friendly, positive, persuasive, and solutions-oriented β€’ Proactive problem solver and able to handle difficult situations or customers as they arise β€’ Highly organized with attention to detail (i.e., able to follow clearly defined procedures) β€’ 2-3 years customer service, health care, hospitality, or retail experience preferred β€’ Strong ability to navigate multiple technology systems simultaneously β€’ Previous experience as a home care scheduler (or other industry front-line scheduling) is a plus β€’ Fluency in Spanish is a plus β€’ Experience in home care, health care or senior-related industry is a plus
