β’ The staffing coordinator will work with home care agencies to support staffing operations. β’ This role will involve a mix of proactive and reactive aspects with scheduling. β’ Responsibilities include assigning client care aides and troubleshooting staffing scenarios. β’ Comfort with technology and problem-solving skills are essential.
β’ Effective communication skills with clients, patients, caregivers and families β’ Some customer service experience - Be friendly, positive, persuasive, and solutions-oriented β’ Proactive problem solver and able to handle difficult situations or customers as they arise β’ Highly organized with attention to detail (i.e., able to follow clearly defined procedures) β’ 2-3 years customer service, health care, hospitality, or retail experience preferred β’ Strong ability to navigate multiple technology systems simultaneously β’ Previous experience as a home care scheduler (or other industry front-line scheduling) is a plus β’ Fluency in Spanish is a plus β’ Experience in home care, health care or senior-related industry is a plus
