Description

• Serve as a strategic advisor and manage client relationships • Proactively identify opportunities and propose new ideas to clients • Facilitate and attend client meetings ensuring satisfaction • Mentor and manage junior team members • Develop and track budgets in partnership with project management

Requirements

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical agency experience • Extensive experience in successfully executing product launches • Oncology launch experience required • Experience working effectively and efficiently with clients and internal team members in different time zones • Experience with break-through designations and subpart H/E approvals, or equivalent • Experience working with a small company commercializing its first product • Excellent ability to manage client relationships, especially sensitive issues, and effectively problem-solve • Self-reliant, capable of operating independently • Team leadership experience and passionate about mentoring team members • Outstanding communication skills: oral, written and interpersonal • Experience managing large, complex, multi-million dollar accounts • Working knowledge of Veeva (or other client MLR) and Ziflow (or other digital routing) platforms • Experience hiring, managing, and developing a team who are responsible for the day-to-day execution of client programs; Must thrive on building highly effective teams; possess strong people management skills • Flexibility to travel to client meetings, congresses, and other engagements (travel commitment estimated at less than 20%)
