• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in relevant sales and marketing operations roles with high-growth companies OR Minimum of 3 years in a Professional Services delivery role (functional, technical, or project/program management) • Communication: Able to command a meeting, lead the conversation, communicate clearly, and drive stakeholders to decisions. • Curate: Map out partner processes across marketing, sales, and service to build a gap analysis & prioritize revenue plays • Strategy: You can take a complex problem, break it down into its smaller parts, and work systematically to find a solution. • Drive: Define and manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), driving insights to develop and deliver revenue strategies on a plate. • Management: Proven project and organizational management experience; engage with senior stakeholders and own delivery on key projects to move the organization forward.
