• Support the Strategic Projects within assigned business units • Coordinate organization-wide projects and initiatives • Advise leaders on strategies to progress the talent agenda • Develop solid knowledge about the various business pillars • Serve as a key member of the Global HRBP Team
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree • A minimum of 12 years of HR Business Generalist / Partnering role • A minimum of 5 years operating in a global position, in a matrix organization
