β’ Bachelorβs degree AND A minimum of two years sales or lab experience in the life sciences or diagnostics industry. β’ Previous diagnostics, life sciences or laboratory equipment sales or service experience. β’ Experience selling with clinical literature and a strong understanding of laboratory operations is strongly preferred . β’ Excellent communication and negotiating skills. β’ The candidate must be self-starting, goal-oriented and demonstrate a keen ability to connect with others. β’ Honesty, reliability, and growth-oriented behavior with great sales skills. β’ Computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com or similar CRM reporting.
