📋 Description

• Bilingual (French and English) Customer Service Associate • Responsible for receiving calls from customers and technicians and dispatching the appropriate technician to a service call. • Enter free of charge & billable supply orders and complete service calls in the system.

🎯 Requirements

• High School, Post-Secondary Education preferred • Minimum of 2 years related experience • Candidate must be fully bilingual in English and French • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as effective listening skills • Excellent customer satisfaction skills and attitude • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships • Effective time management skills • Self-motivated, well organized and detail oriented • Advanced proficiency in the use of MS Office applications
