Description
• Rightway is looking for a leader to head the accounting function. • Seeking an experienced Controller to oversee the function through our next phase of maturation. • The ideal candidate will have experience as an accountant in the PBM and/or Healthcare industry. • The Controller will be pivotal in helping to streamline all accounting operational functions. • Manage the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for accurate financial statements.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. • 15+ years of experience in accounting, financial planning, analysis, and modeling • Highly preferred experience in pharmacy benefit management, health insurance, or managed health care • Managed large accounting teams previously, with an eye for training and retaining top talent • Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience • Proficiency in GSuite, Office, and accounting and ERP tools (Netsuite, Bill.com, Salesforce, etc.) • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills • Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment • Can-do attitude with strong desire to implement and continuously improve
