Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree • 4+ years of experience in consultant relations, business development, or a related role within the healthcare or benefits industry • ability to develop and execute plans that drive growth, with a focus on data-driven decision-making • Deep understanding of the healthcare benefits landscape and the consulting community’s influence on purchasing decisions • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in the field
