• Responsible for day-to-day pre and post of RingCentral’s Unified and Contact Centre Sales • Develop a strong understanding of key differentiators, internal/external systems, sales methodologies and processes • Innovate to improve service and drive business initiatives • Assist Service Providers with quotes, proposals, and Statements of Work for RingCentral services • Coordinate training, marketing, and overall enablement programs with Service Provider • Drive requirements and help develop sales tools and materials for carrier Partners

Requirements

• Cloud based UCaaS Sales & Contact Centre Experience • Worked in Channel and/or Carrier Space • An aptitude to learn technology, especially cloud based Unified Communications and Contact Centre • Team Centric
