Description

β€’ Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with the organization's business goals and objectives. β€’ Partner with senior leadership to ensure the total rewards strategy supports organizational goals and enhances employee engagement and retention. β€’ Design and oversee competitive compensation structures, including base salaries, variable pay, and incentive programs. β€’ Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices. β€’ Oversee the design and management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. β€’ Develop and manage performance management and employee recognition programs to drive high performance and engagement. β€’ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and benefits. β€’ Lead and mentor a team of total rewards professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in total rewards or compensation and benefits roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position. β€’ Proven experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs in a complex, multi-national organization. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decisions. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. β€’ Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations, market trends, and best practices. β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
