Description
• Handle day-to-day Client Service requirements on assigned book of business • Participate in renewal strategy • Manage a renewal book of business • Provide support in drafting exposure gathering information • Primary recipient of daily questions from clients • Process monthly, quarterly, or annually audits and reports • Responsible for setting up the policy in the system of record • Align with partner carriers for ideal market placements
Requirements
• 2+ Years of experience in a Property & Casualty brokerage environment • Knowledge of Property & Casualty business • Ability to follow process and procedures guidance • Analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to display tact and poise under pressure • Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Ability to work efficiently in teams • Hold, or willing to obtain, Insurance licenses as required by the Company
