• Learn and train field on corporate initiatives established by the RSC Executive Committee • Focus on efficiency, utilization of automation, connection between field and corporate partners • Provide support in identifying any need for streamlined processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity • Work directly with any employee needing training on Agency Management Systems or procedures • Train on the RSC Compliance points of compliance including data integrity standards

Requirements

• In depth knowledge of agency management system functionality and workflow procedures – AMS360 and/or Epic, Worksmart preferred • Proven track record of involvement in adult learning • 5+ Experience in a Commercial Lines or Personal Lines Service role • Above average computer skills (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook) • Basic coverage knowledge of Property & Casualty business • Strong presentation skills • Imagination and the ability to hold the attention of audience members • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work efficiently in teams and exhibits objectivity and openness to others’ views
