Description
•Develop and implement company-wide total rewards strategies. •Design, communicate, and administer associate compensation and benefits programs. •Provide strategic leadership and operational management of Benefits strategy. •Manage effective communication of compensation, benefits, and wellness programs. •Develop and maintain the annual operating budget for salary administration and benefits.
Requirements
•Education level: GED or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development. •Experience in Total Rewards Leadership and Direct Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. •Background in retail and/or healthcare is preferred.
