• Tackle is the leading solution built to help software companies generate revenue through a data-driven Cloud go-to-market (Cloud GTM). • Our Platform and our team come together to help our customers identify the right buyers, grow cloud co-sell relationships, and transact efficiently at scale through AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft. • Tackle works with more than 500 software companies including Salesforce, CrowdStrike, HashiCorp, New Relic, Snyk, and many more at every stage—from companies scaling their go-to-market to the largest software companies in the world. • We are venture backed by three of the world's top SaaS investors—a16z, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Coatue—to execute on our mission to positively transform the way that software is sold. • In this role, we are looking for a leader who will be tasked with optimizing Tackle’s partnership with the three hyperscale cloud providers we support today (AWS, Azure, GCP), as well as adding new strategic partners from additional ecosystems (Technology, Services, Channel) as Tackle grows and scales to meet customer demand. • This leader will be responsible for building and refining the methodology, programs, and processes Tackle leverages to ensure we successfully leverage our partners and their respective programs to align our product roadmaps and to drive revenue growth. • This role will contribute to a very important aspect of delivering more value to our customers. • The leader will continue to build a strategy and team to execute Tackle’s vision for partner interaction. • Taking what we’ve learned from working directly with our Partners, this team member will oversee the management and direction of Tackle’s Alliance Management team, who focuses solely on our customers’ success. • Turning Tackle’s partner playbook into an open source set of tools our customers can use to duplicate our success will help ensure our customers can get to their first transaction rapidly and scale their businesses reliably and efficiently.
• At least 10 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, and channel sales • At least 5 years of experience as an Partner and Alliances leader • Experience building creating strategy, building teams, and managing execution of strategic plans • Deep experience building and operating in hyperscale cloud ecosystems, technical alliances, strategic services and channel partners • Proven leader that can work cross-functionally with all internal key stakeholders • Passionate about transforming the way ISVs sell in a Cloud world • Experience working remotely or working with remote team members • Comfortable operating in a fast moving startup environment
