📋 Description

• Rithum™ is the world’s most trusted commerce network, accelerating how brands, suppliers, and retailers work together to deliver seamless e-commerce experiences. • As a Solutions Architect for Client Success Engineering, you play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing complex technical solutions that meet the needs of clients while aligning with the company’s strategic objectives. • You are responsible for providing thought leadership and technical guidance to both internal teams and clients, ensuring the highest level of technical excellence and business alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role, with a strong background in solution design, systems architecture, and technical consulting in SaaS environments. • Proven experience in API integration, data management, and technical architecture design, with deep knowledge of relevant protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, FTP, XML, JSON). • Experience working with enterprise-level clients on complex technical projects, particularly in e-commerce, supply chain, or SaaS industries. • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional technical initiatives and providing strategic technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders. • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and deliver robust, scalable solutions. • Advanced understanding of data integration, system architecture, and cloud-based solutions. • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Solid project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple high-priority projects and ensure on-time delivery.
