Description

• Represent and communicate Rittal’s IT product line • Assess customer product needs and provide solutions • Service existing accounts and establish new accounts • Focus sales efforts and pitch content to potential customers • Keep management informed with reports and analyses • Resolve customer complaints and attend networking events • Increase sales and market share within defined territory • Work closely with inside sales team and local distributors • Assist in the development of annual business plan • Keep management apprised of market trends and sales opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Business Degree required • 3-5 years minimum IT selling experience • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management tools preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
