Description

• About Ritual: Ritual is building a sovereign, execution layer for AI. • As a Chief of Staff for Akilesh Potti, strategize and streamline priorities across the company. • Ensure cross-functional alignment and oversee high-impact strategic projects. • Act as first-line of defense for leadership in resolving problems and driving priorities. • Partner cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives and projects while ensuring alignment with company goals. • Analyze and interpret data for Akilesh to inform strategic direction and company initiatives. • Manage special projects from scoping through completion for Akilesh.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in leadership, project management, business operations, or other highly strategic and operational roles within a rapidly growing company • Ability to act quickly under high pressure scenarios and context switch at a high frequency • Familiarity with AI and blockchain technologies, or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical domains • Familiarity with legal, operations, and technical considerations in open-source ecosystems • Experience working with external C-suite across multiple functions (e.g. GTM, Finance, Ops, Engineering) • Familiarity or willingness to be familiar with a cross-disciplinary infrastructure stack • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to steer or serve as an effective facilitator in complex and confidential projects across engineering, growth, and additional functions • A high level of end-to-end ownership and self-direction, with excellent communication skills • Hungry, high-energy and ability to work within and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Experience operating autonomously and leading large-scale efforts across multiple teams and functions, with stakeholders in different disciplines across time zones
