• Proxy and Executor: Act as the proxy and executor for the CSO, representing their interests and making decisions on their behalf as needed. • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CSO, providing insights and analysis to inform strategic decision-making. • Operational Efficiency: Oversee key sales initiatives and projects, ensuring their timely and successful execution. Identify and address roadblocks to optimize sales processes. • Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions. Manage crisis situations with a calm and collected demeanor. • Succession Planning: Identify and develop potential successors for key sales roles, ensuring continuity within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred) • Minimum 10+ years of experience in a sales or sales operations role • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce) • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Experience developing teams of varying experience levels, particularly those with recent college graduates. • A strong understanding of operational rigor and best practices.
