•Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment •Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas •Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) •Exceptional relationship building and negotiation skills and the ability to balance customer satisfaction with revenue objectives •Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills •A growth mindset with a commitment to professional development and continuous improvement •Ability to adapt strategies based on feedback and market insights to enhance engagement and lead conversion
