β€’ As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be a pivotal part of our sales team, responsible for growing new business, while nurturing and expanding relationships with key accounts. β€’ You will work with new and existing customers, aligning their needs with LUMINOR's strategic goals, and driving revenue growth through effective business strategies. β€’ Your role will involve strategic planning, project management, and providing top-notch customer support to exceed sales targets and enhance our market presence.

Requirements

β€’ 3-5 years of senior sales/key account management experience in the water industry. β€’ Related post-secondary education or equivalent work experience. β€’ Cross-channel experience is essential. β€’ Experience in new account prospecting and closing new business opportunities. β€’ Goal-oriented, tenacious, and capable of inspiring a shared vision. β€’ Proven track record of developing and executing key account business plans, exceeding sales targets, and managing sales and marketing budgets. β€’ Understand and apply technical skills and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends. β€’ Strong drive for results, collaborative skills, and leadership abilities. β€’ Uncompromising honesty, integrity, and ethics. β€’ Excellent communication skills, business acumen, and C-level comfort. β€’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office software packages. β€’ Eligibility for cross-border travel, with a valid passport and no criminal record.
