Description
• Handle incoming calls • Monitor the premium accounting inbox and respond to emails as needed or file for Customer Accounting Specialist response • Process return mail, researching to determine correct addresses as needed • Assist Customer Accounting Specialists and Direct Billing Collections with identifying how payments should be posted, copying, scanning, mail runs, treasury runs, and other miscellaneous tasks
Requirements
• Typically requires a high school diploma • 0+ years of related experience [OR] equivalent level of education and experience • Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls • Ability to research simple to moderately complex billing and collection issues and recommend appropriate actions • Ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external contacts involved in the billing and collection processes
