Description

• Assist with various phases of the recruiting process. • Responsible for interview scheduling coordination using VidCruiter or other interview scheduling channels as needed. • Assist with the optimization of the interview scheduling process as needed. • Work with new users to ensure interview scheduling accounts are set up correctly and on time for interviews. • Assist with logistical and booking details for outreach events. • Update and maintain recruiting content on TA’s SharePoint page. • Maintain and organize the recruiting inbox and notify TA team of noteworthy inquiries or respond as necessary and appropriate. • Support the TA Team in running an efficient, equitable, and thoughtful recruiting process that balances expediency with hiring quality talent. • Assist with the day-to-day administrative operations of the Talent Acquisition Team as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 1-2 years of talent acquisition experience • Ability to multi-task and pivot quickly as talent acquisition needs change • Experience in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PPT)
