Let's talk if you want to join a top tech company! β€’ Role Overview: The Senior Product Designer is an individual contributor who collaborates with product and engineering teams to create user-centered design solutions for the Roadpass Digital products and brands. This role is a crucial part of a team that shapes the interfaces, experiences, and branding for the Roadtrippers web and mobile app experiences. β€’ Where You're Located: Candidates for this role will be based in the United States and work remotely. This is a high touch and high volume output role.

Requirements

β€’ Design, prototype, and develop elegant on-brand solutions from concept to high fidelity for Roadtrippers mobile and web applications. β€’ Identify user needs, sketch solutions with prototypes, test ideas and refine designs with data and user feedback. β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand a project's requirements, technical constraints, needs, and complex problems. β€’ Serve as a mentor for other designers on the team. β€’ Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions. β€’ Consider usability and accessibility when designing new products. β€’ Collaborate with all teams to ensure that design deliverables are prioritized and delivered on time. β€’ 5+ years experience leading large-scale UX and design projects for a business-to-consumer subscription service. β€’ 8+ years of experience in any of the following: product design, interaction design, UI/UX design. β€’ Proven experience with web and native mobile applications in an e-commerce environment, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in the space. β€’ Experience building and maintaining streamlined UI/UX workflows and style guides from concept to execution. β€’ Expertise in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Invision, etc.). β€’ Experience directing the visual and interaction design of projects across web and mobile platforms. β€’ Ability to consider long-term sustainability in all designs and maintain an eye for reusability. β€’ Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced remote working environment. β€’ Demonstrate practical Product thinking and a user-centered design process. β€’ Strong visual portfolio, including multiple examples of web and mobile design and projects showcasing work in an e-commerce environment.
