📋 Description
• Oversee the development and execution of credit strategies for affiliate partners, ensuring that the personal loan offers are competitive, sustainable and aligned with the company’s goals • Develop and implement credit and fraud risk assessment methodologies and tools, leveraging strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the credit industry • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and translate that to build and implement proposals ensuring the strategic alignment of credit-based initiatives • Utilize programing programs to extract and manipulate data, conduct data analysis and build credit and fraud risk strategies • Building compelling data visualizations and distilling key informative messages clearly from large amounts of data • Use data analytics to assess the impact of credit on affiliate performance, present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to support decisions-making process
🎯 Requirements
• 4 years of credit experience managing credit strategy with a focus on personal loans or related lending products • Master’s degree in business, statistics, STEM, economics or a related field • Expert in data tools for data extraction, manipulation and analysis, including SQL or Python • Strong hands-on data and analytical skills • Strong ability to develop and present business proposals aimed at enhancing originations and optimizing portfolio performance • Ability to analyze complex financial data, make informed credit decisions and recommend risk mitigation strategies • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
