Description

• Identify and cultivate potential new clients who can benefit from our solution • Conduct effective presentations and demos to showcase how the product can meet the potential clients' sustainability and business goals • Manage negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring that the terms meet both the client’s and the company's objectives • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction to encourage renewals and long-term partnerships • Stay informed about the latest trends in the industry, and understand the product’s features in depth to effectively communicate its value • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to relay customer feedback and help guide the product's ongoing development • Lead customer relationship management and support tools, systems and processes

Requirements

• Self-starter with strong growth mindset • Excellent relationship management skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Attention to detail & highly organized • Proficiency in CRM and customer support tools, systems and processes • Adaptability, flexibility and collaborative to work in an early-stage startup environment • Expertise in residential building retrofit market preferred
