Requirements

• 1-3 years of account management, client management, or related experience • Advanced knowledge of or quick ability to learn digital marketing concepts • At least 1 year of experience working in an agency environment • Client-facing experience and digital marketing experience are a must. Experience in at least two of the following: digital advertising, SEO, analytics, UX/creative and web development • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence at higher levels of the organization • Practical and working understanding of Drupal and Wordpress CMS admin UI is a plus • Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising tools is a plus • Ability to work through difficult situations under pressure • Excellent time management and project coordination skills • Ability to work autonomously and self-directed with confidence • Strong attention and dedication to ensuring high-quality standards are met • Must possess the skill to think and pivot fast on your feet as well as a solid combination of tenacity and empathy • Feel comfortable engaging and leading client conversations • Strong, clear communication – both written and verbal
