• Servicing the day to day needs of our insureds • Managing client renewal executions • Assisting in claim conflicts • Soliciting referrals • Providing a full account review at renewal • Inputting insured info in agency management system (EPIC)
🎯 Requirements
• 2-5 years of relevant experience • Excellent verbal and written communications • 3 years insurance account management experience is preferred • Experience with EPIC is a plus • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
