• RP Professional Services, LLC (RP) is a rapidly growing government consulting firm headquartered in Ashburn, Virginia. • We’re an 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that exclusively enables the missions of U.S. Federal agencies. • Role is to support the business development process with a focus on building the Department of Homeland Security portfolio. • Involves tracking new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and representing RP at events.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a combination of equivalent education and experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirements. Military experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirements. • 5 years of experience In Business Development and/or Capture Management • Experience working with the Department of Homeland Security as a federal client • Ability to collaborate within the broader RP BD Team and across other business units • Experience working with a growth organization to build a team to respond to federal requirements. • the ability to work for any US employer without requiring sponsorship
